Prepare the mixture – In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, grated onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
Form patties – Shape into 4 equal-sized patties, about 3/4 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing while grilling.
Preheat the grill – Heat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375–400°F). Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
Grill the burgers – Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 5–6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
