Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless thin pork chops about ½ inch thick
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (optional garnish)

Method
 

  1. Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.
  2. Season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add pork chops and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Reduce heat to low, add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
  6. Spoon the melted garlic butter over the pork chops for 1–2 minutes.
  7. Remove from pan, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use a meat thermometer for best results – pork should reach 145°F (63°C).
  • Pairs perfectly with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
