Method
- Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add pork chops and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Reduce heat to low, add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Spoon the melted garlic butter over the pork chops for 1–2 minutes.
- Remove from pan, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer for best results – pork should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Pairs perfectly with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
