Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub sweet potatoes thoroughly. Slice into ½-inch thick rounds.
- Arrange slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush both sides with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and any extra seasoning.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are golden and centers tender.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before adding toppings.
