Ingredients
  

  • 6 assorted bagels plain, everything, sesame, whole wheat
  • 8 oz smoked salmon or lox
  • 8 oz plain cream cheese
  • 8 oz flavored cream cheese chive, dill, or veggie
  • 1 cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tomatoes thinly sliced
  • 4 radishes thinly sliced
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs sliced
  • 1 avocado sliced (optional)
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • Fresh dill parsley, or chives for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Slice bagels in half and arrange them on the outer edge of a large serving platter or board.
  2. Place cream cheese spreads in small bowls around the board.
  3. Drape or fan slices of smoked salmon in the center of the platter.
  4. Arrange cucumber, tomato, red onion, radish, avocado, and hard-boiled egg slices neatly around the salmon.
  5. Add capers and fresh herbs for garnish.
  6. Finish with lemon wedges for a bright, zesty touch.
  7. Serve immediately and let guests build their own bagels.
