  • 1 ½ lbs Brussels sprouts halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim and halve Brussels sprouts.
  3. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roast 20–25 minutes until crispy and golden.
  5. Simmer balsamic vinegar and honey until thickened.
  6. Drizzle glaze over sprouts and serve warm.
