Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a 9x13 baking dish, mix rice, broth, onion, garlic powder, paprika, and soup (if using).
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- (Optional) Sear pork chops in a skillet with butter for 2 minutes per side.
- Place pork chops on top of rice mixture. Cover with foil.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes, until rice is tender and pork chops reach 145°F (63°C).
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired
Notes
- Use bone-in chops for more flavor and juiciness.
- Add vegetables like peas, carrots, or green beans before baking.
- Stir in cheese for a creamy, cheesy version.
