Ingredients
  

  • 4 pork chops
  • 4 potatoes cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt & pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potatoes with oil and seasoning, spread in a baking dish.
  3. Season pork chops and place on top.
  4. Bake 35–40 minutes until pork reaches 145°F and potatoes are tender.
  5. Garnish and serve.
