Ingredients
  

  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 4 large potatoes thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet; brown pork chops on both sides (about 3 minutes per side).
  3. Grease a baking dish and layer the sliced potatoes and onions.
  4. Mix cream of mushroom soup with milk and pour over the potatoes.
  5. Place pork chops on top and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and bake uncovered for 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
