  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Sparkling water

Apple Ginger Fizz
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 tsp grated fresh ginger

  • Apple slices & cinnamon stick for garnish

Method
 

Classic Virgin Mojito
  1. Muddle mint, lime, and sugar in a glass.
  2. Fill with ice, pour soda water, stir gently.
  3. Garnish with mint and lime slice.
Fruity Sparkling Punch (Serves 6–8)
  1. Mix juices in a large pitcher.
  2. Add soda and fruit slices just before serving.
  3. Serve over ice.
