Method
- Heat dashi in a medium pot over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
- Add the rehydrated wakame seaweed and let it soften in the broth.
- Gently add the cubed tofu and warm it through without breaking the pieces.
- In a small bowl, mix a ladle of hot broth with the miso paste until smooth.
- Stir the dissolved miso back into the pot. Do not boil once miso is added.
- Remove from heat, ladle into bowls, and garnish with sliced green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
