Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs, if preferred)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise full-fat works best for flavor and texture
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese optional, for extra umami
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika for a subtle smoky kick
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs optional, for extra crunch

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to (200°).
  2. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise and spices
  3. Marinate the chicken with mayo mix and leave it for 1 hour
  4. Place the chicken drumsticks in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes @180degrees or until the chicken is cooked through.
