- Remove broad beans from the pods.
- Boil them in salted water for 3–5 minutes.
- Drain and cool slightly.
- Peel off the outer skins for a softer texture.
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onion and garlic.
- Cook until soft and golden.
- Add the broad beans to the pan.
- Season with salt, pepper, and cumin.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the beans.
- Stir gently and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley or mint.
- Serve warm or cold.
