Materials

  • 4 ears fresh corn
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  • Remove husks and silk from corn completely.
  • Brush each ear with olive oil or melted butter.
  • Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • Place corn on grill, turning every 2–3 minutes for 10–12 minutes until evenly charred.
  • Remove corn and immediately roll in Parmesan cheese.
  • Sprinkle with chili powder and serve warm.
