- 4 ears fresh corn
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Remove husks and silk from corn completely.
Brush each ear with olive oil or melted butter.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Place corn on grill, turning every 2–3 minutes for 10–12 minutes until evenly charred.
Remove corn and immediately roll in Parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle with chili powder and serve warm.
