Method
- Preheat grill to medium-high (375–400°F). Oil the grates.
- Rub pork chops with olive oil. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place pork chops on grill. Cook 4–5 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Brush with barbecue sauce during last 2 minutes. Let it caramelize.
- Remove from grill and rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate pork chops in BBQ sauce for 1–2 hours before grilling.
- Bone-in chops stay juicier, but boneless cook faster.
- Serve with coleslaw, baked beans, or grilled corn for a complete meal.
