Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt low-fat or full-fat
  • 1 cup granola store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup fresh fruits berries, banana slices, or seasonal fruits
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional
  • 2 tablespoons nuts or seeds almonds, chia seeds, flaxseeds, or walnuts

Method
 

  1. Wash and chop the fruits into small pieces.
  2. In two glasses or jars, add a few spoonfuls of Greek yogurt at the bottom.
  3. Add a layer of granola, followed by a layer of fruits.
  4. Repeat the layers until the glass is filled.
  5. Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top.
