Garlic Mashed Cauliflower Recipe

This mashed cauliflower is smooth, rich, and incredibly easy to make. It’s lighter than mashed potatoes but just as satisfying.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large cauliflower head chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup milk or cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Boil cauliflower until tender, then drain.
  2. Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant.
  3. Blend cauliflower with garlic butter, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Stir in Parmesan if desired.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with parsley.
