Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices of bread white, wheat, or multigrain
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 2 –3 garlic cloves minced or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped or ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon salt optional
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella or parmesan cheese optional, for cheesy garlic bread

Method
 

  1. Mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt in a small bowl.
  2. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place the slices on a baking sheet (or use a skillet or air fryer).
  4. Toast until golden and crispy:
  5. Oven: 8–10 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
  6. Stovetop: 2–3 minutes per side.
  7. Air fryer: 5–6 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
  8. (Optional) Add cheese before toasting for a cheesy version.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
