Method
- Slice strawberries and mix with sugar. Set aside.
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in cold butter until mixture is crumbly.
- Add milk and vanilla. Stir to form dough.
- Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12–15 minutes.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Slice biscuits, layer with strawberries and whipped cream.
- Top with more cream and strawberries.
