Method
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined.
- Shape into 1–1½ inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the crockpot and pour marinara sauce over them.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
- Serve hot over pasta, rice, or with bread.
Notes
- You can use frozen meatballs for a quicker version.
- Pre-browning the meatballs in a skillet before adding to the crockpot gives extra flavor.
