- Drain and rinse the beans. Pat them dry completely with a clean towel.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place beans in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat.
- Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread beans in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 20–30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5–10 minutes.
- Serve warm as a snack or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
