Method
- Mix all the spices in a small bowl.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Brush each fillet with olive oil or butter.
- Sprinkle the spice mix on both sides of the salmon.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until very hot.
- Place the salmon in the skillet, flesh side down.
- Cook for 3–4 minutes without moving it.
- Flip the salmon carefully.
- Cook for another 3–5 minutes until it flakes with a fork.
- Remove from the pan and serve with lemon wedges.
