Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs chicken legs drumsticks
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce or honey garlic / teriyaki / buffalo, depending on flavor
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken legs dry with paper towels.
  2. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken legs in the crockpot in a single layer.
  4. Pour BBQ sauce (or chosen sauce) over the chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until tender.
  6. (Optional) For crispy skin, transfer cooked legs to a baking sheet and broil for 3–5 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
