Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 small squares.
- Place each square into the muffin tin, pressing down to form cups.
- Add one cube of brie into each pastry cup.
- Top with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until pastry is puffed and golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, garnish with rosemary, and serve warm.
