Blackstone omelette recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk or water for fluffiness
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil for the griddle
  • ½ cup of fillings cheese, meats, veggies – your choice

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk (or water), salt, and pepper, then whisk until frothy.
  3. Pour the egg mixture onto the griddle and spread into a circle with a spatula.
  4. Once the eggs begin to set but are still slightly soft on top, sprinkle your desired fillings over half of the omelette.
  5. Fold the omelette in half with a spatula and cook for 1–2 more minutes until the cheese melts and the eggs are cooked through.
  6. Slide onto a plate and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use butter for extra flavor.
  • Avoid overloading with fillings to keep it easy to fold.
  • Cook sides like bacon or hash browns on the griddle alongside your omelette for a complete breakfast.
