Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss carrots with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway.
Drizzle with reduced glaze if desired.
Serve warm with parsley garnish.
