Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless pork chops about 1 inch thick
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Panko or Italian-style
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip pork chops in beaten eggs, then press into the breadcrumb mixture to coat.
  4. Place coated pork chops on the baking sheet. Drizzle or brush with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping once, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.

  • Use Panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
  • Bone-in pork chops work too; just bake a few minutes longer.
  • Resting helps keep pork chops juicy.
