Method
- In a large pitcher, combine the wine, apple cider, and brandy.
- Add in the sliced apples, orange, pear, and cinnamon sticks.
- Stir well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
- Just before serving, top with a splash of sparkling water or ginger ale for fizz.
- Pour into glasses over ice and garnish with extra fruit slices if desired.
Notes
- Use red wine instead of white for a bolder sangria.
- Add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter drink.
- Make it non-alcoholic by swapping wine for sparkling apple juice.
